  • Cannot be in the challenge this month because of ongoing medical issues. But "accepted" so I can be on the list for March 1. I am keeping my faith that all these issues will be righted by then!!
  • Oops, gave in to temptation last night. Kids did not eat all of the garlic bread and there was leftover chicken in alfredo sauce just waiting for it to be dipped into.   • I only seem to be able to stick to weight loss while following a low carb diet, similar to Atkins. I followed Atkins to the letter and had great sucess. I am now starting again, and would love having the support of others doing similar!
