Cookies. Hands down cookies. Those suckers go down one after another. Especially oreos. Haven't bought cookies in years, that's how bad it is, can't keep my hands off of them!

Summers in the air for sure. I was on a Sunday, Wednesday, Friday routine. Which meant to weight training Monday and Tuesday I'd be caught up with the kids. I'm moving to Monday, Wednesday, Friday. This way when my kids are home on Tuesday and thursday, I can take them to their ball games, and use the weekends for extra…

ok friends stage 2 in the books for me too. here's how handled this stage: did usually 4 sets of DL and FSPP including 1 warm up set. did 3 sets of other exercises each. started off doing the HIIT but strained hamstring and and quad on right leg (doing interval runs) about halfway through, so stopped cardio except for…

Thanks for the replies! I'm not really having a huge struggle just noticed that there are those feelings of fear from time to time. In the beginning I think it was mainly just going into that section of the gym, now that's gone. But lately advancing in weight and feeling some concern with too much too far and getting hurt.…

Wow! I'm starting stage 3 on Sunday.....how'd you like the moves?
-
Lol no biters here oh well I can talk to myself in this empty room and see if anything makes any better sense to me. I just feel like some fear and anxiety is part of the challenge and the work with this program. Facing any confidence issues I have on what I think I can do. Recognizing when I'm feeling that way and maybe…

me too! haha didn't mean any harm Beeps! i've read about constipation problems before on this thread pretty common i would guess with all the protein. and, i'm gonna go out there and support the benefits of vegetables for health!
-
Manic I hear about about the effects of protein on digestion. Easy to get dependent on laxatives, though. I try to eat large volumes of vegetables every day, as in like 3-5 servings at once, and at least 2-3 pieces of fruit, including berries. It does add to your overall calorie load but makes a huge difference in how your…

Coffee-ing up as I post, a daily must! Looking at chauffeuring for a softball game and an orchestra concert tonight, I will be lucky to get a walk in after all that plus work. Tomorrow, I lift. :)

redlipstick: that does suck - sorry things ended and all the feelings that come with it, and you know you made a decision that's best for you. and good for you for having the courage to make that decision. you know what you need and maybe it was not that person. besides, you're the lifting winner this week!!! you've def…

lol that's hilarious about the jackknife! you're going to love this program - they've done all the work, figuring out what exercises to do, mixed it up really nicely and the program is 6 months long. and there's always new rules of lifting supercharged after that. theoretically, you might never have to think up a routine…

Wow Everybody's cranking, awesome. I'm at A and B 4 today and Sunday. But the first week of stage 2 I only did two workouts total, that week of evening busyness. Was thinking of adding one more week of stage 2 to compensate. Had a 5 day lag between B workouts this last week due to hamstring injury this week, saw no gains…

Acquired a taste for Greek yogurt - I like dannon light and fit for only 80 cals and pretty good source of protein.tried it in shakes too, came out pretty good.
