if you cant eat 6 meals because of work, don't. meal frequency has nothing to do with weight loss/gain at all, eat 1 dinner with all the calories you need or split it between 3 or more meals it really doesn't matter, do what is convenient and best for you, i dont eat til 7pm at the earliest and have 3 (sometimes more)…

its the nuts, just times your body weight in lbs by 18 and eat however many calories that is and follow the program exactly, also download the app because its amazing and then watch your body transform :)

7 days a week, weights 3 times a week and cardio every day apart from lifting days, cardio normally around 30 mins

I dont count water i just bought a 5 Liter water tub for 1.29 and fill it up every day and dont go to bed til its empty :) no problems so far and ive been doing months ( am in the bog about 3 hours a day thou lol )

it might be ok short term but cutting out so many foods would drive many people insane, thats whats so great about counting calories, you get great results and you can enjoy the foods you want

i love it, food tastes so much better when your not eating from the second you wake up, and also makes counting calories easier, never again will i go back to small frequent meals and also helps stay fuller which sounds weird since your aren't eating for most of the day

yea it should be fine, depends what your goals are as well, im aiming to add some muscle and get lean and aim for 170g protien a day but most days its normally around 200g :) just dont go above fats and you will be fine :) hope this helps
