I just hold out for one huge meal at the end of the day which stuffs me and do 30 min cardio fasted every day and I maintain my weight easily (which is what I want atm) but you can do two or 3 meals but then, more meals = smaller meals, Works for me well and worth a shot

sure does and it makes losing weight extremely easy since you dont cut anything out (at least most people dont) so you eat like you normally would you just eat less of it :)

drink whole milk it will bump up your calories, tis what i do if im low at the end of a day and need a quick boost

i just save all my calories til 5pm earliest normally i start eating around 6 or 7pm, weekends can suck but during the week i find it easy to not eat during the day since im busy with work, however i have a physical job and am moving around a lot might be worse if i had a desk job, i always go to sleep full :)

I do big compound lifts (squats,deadlifts,press etc) and eat semi healthy but follow iifym since i just love ice cream far too much haha and do no cardio because i hate it T.T

good luck, started back last week had 2 close family members past away recently and got fat as hell (+25lbs) back again now thou :)

its not a diet, all you do is eat less of the foods you love, set a certain amount of protein fats and carbs and eat w/e you want and get results, been working great for me, if you think your on a diet you will always fail (like i did)

stop doing slow long boring steady pace cardio and start doing hiit

spices and dry rubs dont matter, even if you use the whole packet they have like 15 cals, just be careful of sauces since they are normally loaded with ketchup, i use a ton of dry rub spices on my foods

i have a cheat once a week but only if i lose weight, i weigh myself same time every Saturday, if i lose weight i have the cheat day if not i dont and have to wait til the week after, this has been working great for me

to get ripped or get to a real low bf% cardio is totally irrelevant, you can get to to the body weight you want with diet and weight lifting alone, however cardio imo lets you be more flexible with your diet and it definitely speeds up the process of fat loss, if i didnt enjoy hiit cardio i wouldnt do it, but i do so i do…

Depends how often the person has them, I normaly have 1 cheat meal a month but when I have it I don't count a darn thing and eat what and as much of it as I want
