I will be doing L1D10 tonight. It has definitely gotten easier. I still have to do the modified push ups (but I can go down further & do more) and I absolutely hate the jumping jacks. I completed L1D2 last night. Even though I was sore it seemed a little easier than D1. I got my husband to do it as well. He's in pretty good shape, works out, and takes Karate twice a week.
