I swear I'm not prejudiced .....but please don't be the like old guy who runs in my mom's neighborhood with little bitty shorts exposing his chest & back hair. I throw up in my mouth every time I see him....... Not a good look!

From each meal setting Breakfast - Maxwell house 3 cups Morning pick me up - unsalted almonds Lunch - classic romaine 3 oz Afternoon pick me up - 60 calorie cherry essence pitted prunes Dinner - boneless, skinless chicken breast I'm not real food - extra polar ice gum LOL

I know what you mean. But you have to realize that being healthy overall is better than theirs. So look at their chips as little fat packs lol ;o)

I swapped my pack a day of newports to extra polar ice. I also would take walks to cool off rather than reach for a cigg. And trying to avoid smokers was my biggest hurdle lol Smoke free since 6/13/10

I deny people all the time for that very reason. True enough we're here for the same things. But I've got a lot of dead weight on my friends list real talk and I dont need anymore. So why some ignore my simple request I don't know either.

I use a lotion with cocoa & Shea butter and I haven't noticed much loose skin. Including mfp weight I've lost a total of 73 lbs.

Feelings of fear and instability are the enemies tricks. I'm so glad you realized that you're on the right path. Continue to praise God and ask him to order your steps. One day at a time is the best way to think of it!!

I break mine up into segments .. I take a 15 min walk on my first break at work. Then another 15-30 min walk on my lunch break. And strength train and/or ABS after work.

I agree it's worth it to do both. Cardio does burn fat and strength training shapes the muscles underneath.

I'm a lame which usually uses Kashi 7 grain original pita chips. But after reading this post I'm going to try it other ways too!!
