i found an iphone app that counts steps, min utes and percentage of the 10,000 steps recommended daily, it starts over each morning, but it does NOT sync with MFP, but everything is there and easy to enter- there are several free ones in the app store- IF you find one that syncs let me know- that would be great-

I am hypothyroid and have been on medication for 20+ YEARS- my advice and EXPERIENCE says TAKE THE MEDS!!! since MFP my biggest tracking day was 4500- that is just what i had counted- before MFP I could probably scarf down 6-8000 calories in a single day- and that is a conservitive guess- I love knowing i am not the only one binge eating- thank you for the topic:embarassed:

I started as a size 24W, headed into a size 26W, and now 10 months later I am a size 20- (not a 20W), my soft goal is size 16 and a much harder goal is 12-14- so I am halfway to my stated goal!!
