I only step on the scale once a week, stark naked, before breakfast, after peeing. A good week is when you poop before breakfast! Drops at least a 1/4 lb lol!

Be disciplined. Be patient. I “ fell off the wagon” Saturday and resumed stress eating but got back up.again today. Life is full of stuff. Once and while that stuff needs you to look after yourself mentally as well as physically. I weigh in on Wednesday. Let’s see if anything changed but know itvtakes a few weeks to do so.

May 2-amazing cycling tour of Niagara -on the Lake. 6 hours out of doors, biked about 20 km. I am giving myself 2 hours of activity for this 3/24 hours

We did it! 4/30 One hour of yoga finished my 24 hours. Do we start over for May? Going for a 4 hour cycle tour in Niagara May 2 so ahead of the game. Thank you everyone for a month of support.
