I have a treadmill, elliptical and recumbent bike and all are different. So my hubby got me a HRM (heart rate montior) Thats way I go by that instead of relying on a broad reading for calorie burn for MFP or a machine ....

I saw those the other day. Flipped over the box and looked at the nutritional facts and put them back down. Just not worth it to me.. I cant remember specificly what it was that made me put it back, but i always look at sodium and sugar content first.. They sure looked good tho..

I beg to differ.. There is a difference between cleaning and CLEANING.. I do cleaning all the time (like letting the dishwasher do the washing for me) but when you sweat washing walls down moving buckets around, scrub tubs/tiles floors, cleaning the blinds stuff like that.. Yes its work..

I just recently got a used Polar F3 from ebay for 30 bucks (last minute bidding YEAY!!). I love it, it works GREAT!.. MFP is a good guide but its not a true to you guide on burned calories. Then you can cross refference the calories burned with the ones that are in MFP.. Hope this helps..

IF you drink your water and watch which other things you eat. If you are aware of the soduim fat fiber carb etc contet inside of a Lean Cuisine then you can make sure you dont get too much or too little of them in other foods you eat.. Nothing like a home cooked meal tho.....

Yeah you cant always go by weight.. I have lost 25 pounds and i still wear the same pants, Just differently now. I have lost a lot of my waist and the top of my butt (you know that chubby chunk above the bootay in hip area). Flexible mearuring tape is better for you right now.. Dont get discouraged.... Ugg I have it, REALLY GOOD arch support and he has me get a tennis ball and set it on the carpet and roll it with even pressure under my foot 1 to 2 minutes at a time and then switch feet. Oh man does it feel good. Someimtes i feel like i could flatten the stinkin ball..
