It's a rare occasion I go to bed hungry and if I am I eat something. I don't see myself as a big eater I cant eat till about 11 in the morning anyway, I have my set meal (dinner) but apart from that it really depends if I'm hungry. But if I am hungry I don't stop myself

I enjoy eating Muller Greek style yoghurts. Lovely creamy taste. Aldi do their own make are cheaper and taste great. I enjoy them and I'm fussy when it comes to choosing yoghurts

I like sparkling water and have a 2ltr hanging round the last few days, so I'm sipping throughout the day. Otherwise I have a glass of plain/flavoured water when I start to get fed-up of my tea/coffee

My feet don't touch the ground either when I'm sat properly lol but I don't feel like a little kid I just think 'Good things come in small packages' :smile:

I don't know maybe 5'3 and under? I'm 5'1 and I feel short so I guess it depends on the person and how they feel really :huh:

I wish family stress would help me lose weight but sadly it makes me put weight on :-( I'd say yes aswell as squats, sit-ups, some weights. Have you tried Zumba?

I have sweetener in my tea/coffee and only have a teaspoon of sugar on my cereal then maybe half a teaspoon on my porridge cos I usually had cinnamon for taste. So I don't worry about my sugar intake too much.

By the time I eat breakfast it's more like lunch and so and so forth. I was always told 'breakfast is the most important meal of the day' but to me it's not important if it's making me ill!

Could be IBS. Blood tests can prove this. I've had the same prob for awhile I had blood tests that came back all clear, doc put me on a mild laxative but stomach stayed the same. I am now waiting on an appointment from the hospital so I can have a scan. If that comes back clear doc will send me to a dietician. Are you…

I love to drink sparkling water! I can drink that all day long but with plain water I struggle unless it's what I crave. Aldi does 4 x 2lt bottles for 99p I enjoy it anyway

That's my problem I can't eat breakfast to early. earliest I can eat at a push is 10am, otherwise it makes me ill. But most days I'm satisfied with no breakfast, then I have a small lunch and have dinner and maybe a snack. There are days when I can go with eating just 1 meal but I don't eat unless I need to.
