when i have something i am doing thats similar..i use the one that says that it burned less calories, so i am not overcrediting what i am doing...that a way if its more cool, but i am not eating more and hurting my diet..

LOL...havent we ALL been there!...sorry you dont feel good...if your gym has a pool try just going to the pool and relaxing...one day not spent at the gym will not permanently ruin your diet...take it easy and recoop...have a good day

YOUR PARTNER NEEDS TO SUPPORT YOU...if he is so bent on you exercising...take him up on it...join a gym, let him stay home and take over mom duties while you go!...it gives you a break for you!! and it sounds like you need it... We have all had slumps...take baby steps if you have to... I am here for you! you CAN do it!!

in addition to what you can keep track of on here, you should probably keep a food diary. get a log book.there are tons of online references for the vitamine contents of foods...once you have a pretty decent log book going..you will be able to go back in your log and look stuff up too. Or, you could set up an excel program…

the only diet pill that really "seemed" like it worked for me was pulled from the market because it was causing people to die...I guess i got lucky...i guess you could say i got scared strait..lol...

totally true...i hate it when people tell ya that "oh you dont need to lose weight"...when the truth is by the government standards weight chart your in the "morbidly obese" area....it took some pictures at a recent celebration to kick me into high gear and realize..that i need to tune out the people telling me i am fine…

I am trying to lose 55 pounds by July 1st...so i am right there with you on that goal...i am gonna try. Eating totally different that i did before i started ...so if nothing else at least i am ending bad eating habits :0)
