Thank you(: And my fear is if i up my calories i might gain weight. Id rather maintain then gain a whole bunch of weight. And i already have a hard enough time getting the calories i need in now. I dont know how im going to get an extra 100 in. I already eat plenty of almonds.

I have time limits for all my water. I frink the 16 oz bottles and I tell myself i have an hour to drink each one. At the end of the hr whatever i have left i have to down. I figure if im up for 17hrs a day then thats like 34 8oz glasses of water(:
