That's great! I can't do all of the reps either. I just try to keep moving. My knees are killing me because I can't do the full plank and I haven't been great with trying to put the weight on my thighs instead of my knees. But I'm definitely noticing progress! I did Sweat yesterday. Today is my first rest day. I had to adjust the schedule a little bit because I have school from 830 am to 9pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I started earlier to make sure one of those days would be a rest day. How do you like it so far? I love it, but I'm a little sore today after doing Sweat.

Did you get the base version or the deluxe? I got the deluxe, which has a whole different 2 month workout to complete after the first two months with the base.

Hi All, I'm also new. I am not worried so much about calorie restriction as I am about ratios of fat to protein to carbs. Is there a certain percentage I should be trying to keep in mind?
