January miles logged so far 41.63miles. Off on a walk again tomorrow will be between 5 and 8 miles.

Hi, I did the full Moonwalk marathon this year and 15min miles were fine, I averaged between 12 - 15min miles over the night. Good luck with the training and have fun it's well worth it .

Hi - well done on the 7mile walk in 2 hours that's good going - I find the calories burned on MFP a little high and tend to use them with a pinch of salt. You might find this website helpful as it maps your walk and then figures out the calories, you can get an app for the iphone/ipod touch/blackberry as well.…

I go twice a week while at work and 5 times a week when off work - totally love it. Best workout without much knee pain (I have dodgey knees from a trampolining accident) Feel great after the workout and it is slightly different each time so you feel that your body is getting a good workout as it's not getting bored.

Thanks for the support think I'm gonna try a cheat meal and see if this helps kick start the ole metabolism again - if not I'll ramp up the weights next week in an attempt to burn more calories :ohwell:
