I can attest to constipation with The Plan. I am on Day 18 and my digestion is no better than it was pre-Plan. Despite eating so many healthful greens and fiber, AND taking probiotics, without having my whole grains and complex carbs, I'm lost. This also interferes with testing data. Frustrating.
