Really good for a complete breakfast ! 1 scoop of chocolate whey ( I use Gaspari Myofusion) 1 cup of skim milk 1 banana 1 tbsp. peanut butter 1/4 cup of natural oatmeal 4-5 ice cubes total 580 calories/ 62g carbs/ 19g fat and 43g of protein.
