I'd say once a week in the morning after a bathroom break. Never in the evenings, due to the food and water you've eaten during the day. I don't weigh on Mondays because the weekends are usually rough. Tuesdays to Thursdays...

Just do it! Speed doesn't matter, its the fact you are out doing something. There is no magic powder or pill, you have to want to do it. Besides, who cares what people think. Be proud of yourself for getting out and exercising, Good luck! With time and practice comes endurance and speed! You'll get there!

I would suggest eating more calories, and vary workouts. If you do the same things day after day your body knows what it needs to perform the exercise. Do interval training and weight work.

Honey stinger waffless about a half hour before. regardless of what you eat, take some time before you run, I usually snack a litte about a half hour. Some people like pop tarts but they are sugar so I avoid them. Grapes and fruit are also good sugars. a little peanut butter on whole grain isn't too bad. Good Luck!

I must carry my weight well and hide it better. My sports med doc guessed my weight at 44 lbs less than I am. I'd see my reflection and say wow, but just didn't see it. So now I'm working to lose it.I want to be happy with the reflection I see!

Calf stretches, ice, compression and good shoes. Orthotics are a must if you have flat feet. SuperFeet are about the best off the shelf orthotics you can find under $40 a pair I believe. What kind of exercising are you doing? If just treadmill or jogging, change up your exercise types and intensity. Try adding intervals.If you stay with one routine too long, your body gets acclimated.

I try and keep a bottle of water handy. That tends to tide the hunger for me.
