I like to bring for lunch... Tyson Frozen Fajita Strips Uncle Bens Brown Rice (microwaveable bag 90 seconds) Pictsweet Frozen Steamable Broccoli Smart Balance Butter (for my rice and broccoli) Tony Chachere's for seasoning Very easy to fix. Not much preping needed.
