  • Hi Can I ask how long it took to drop the two dress sizes?? I'm currently wearing a size 14 and would love to be a twelve, I have given myself just over a month to do this, and I'm now about to start the insanity work out with my sister in law, and wondered how long it took to see a noticeable difference x
