For a yummy milkshake . Take a 1/2 cup of premade jello and a cup of fat free milk and some ice . Blend in together in your blender and you have a low calorie milkshake

I do a cheat meals on the weekends, only one each day and the other times I stay within my goal. I only go over by about 500 calories , and I try to get some activity in for the day to somewhat balance me out. I say yes to cheat meals. Sometimes it does the body good , you don't want to deprive yourself of everything in…

I love sweet potatoes ! Just the way they are I eat them almost everyday in my salad at dinner. Just nuke it and cut it up and put it in your salad! Yummy! SOO good for you too. Skin and all :)
