I looked for it this weekend at my grocery store and couldn't find it. :/

Please let me know how these taste. They look and sound yummy!

[quote="Ugh, I tried that. It smelled great, but tasted awful. You're right about the "tough" sprouts, I couldn't continue after the first one. I've got another cup, I forget what's in it-potatoes maybe? But now I'm scared to try it...[/quote] The do have a sesame ginger potato one. I ended up not trying it last week for…

Leftovers from last night...fried rice and sautéed eggplant!

Different leftovers. Baked Ravioli (except I used fresh ravioli - smoked mozzarella + asiago cheese). http://tastykitchen.com/recipes/main-courses/baked-ravioli/

Thanks everyone for your input. It sounds like most of you would have started exercising a lot earlier than you did. It gives me a lot to think about now. Back in the '90s (that makes me sound old), I use to work at a gym and worked out 4 times/week. I was young, single, and only went because I needed to keep up…

The cheddar & sour cream are probably my #2. BBQ was my least favorite - they left an after taste. I don't like 'regular' vinegar chips either. Weird.

Leftovers. Yum! Sausages with potatoes, onions and carrots (no fennel as recipe calls for). http://www.kayotic.nl/blog/lazy-sunday-casserole

+1; the others are okay, but the Sea Salt is the best. IMO.

That looks like balsamic asparagus. The entire plate looks delish, whatever it's called.

For all of you that receive coupons/free samples - do you e-mail the company asking for them to try OR are you part of a membership (like a monthly one) where you pay to try them?

Use this link to help you determine your daily calorie goals (it is set for a 1lb/week weight loss). http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/#results I'd be happy to do it if you tell me your weight and height.

The recipe builder is a great tool. Just take a few minutes to figure it out, it's pretty simple. I love just putting in the URL to the recipe; it matches up your ingredients (so you don't have to type them) and then you can go back and edit the name of the ingredient and the weight/amount).

This isn't new but it's new to me. I found this in Target's freezer section. They have several varieties (I'm trying the sesame ginger potatoes today). I LOVE making my own roasted brussel sprouts with balsamic and bacon, so decided to give this a whirl. The best parts - the cheese turns brown and a little gooey at the…

Thanks, everyone. I'll use this feature with caution in the future for similar situations. I appreciate the feedback!

Check out their package insert - sections 6 & 14. It sounds like you are taking it alone, so the monotherapy sections are what you need to read. It looks like a common cold was reported in the clinical trials. In section 6, you also should view postmarketing data. This is what people have voluntarily reported since being…

This is genius!

That is too funny! Love it even more. Very cool

I don't have a particular timeframe on when I stop eating at night. I can understand for some how that would help prevent them from mindless snacking while watching t.v. (which is my perception of what most people do). For me, it would feel like a restriction, like it's off-limits. I don't like that feeling, so I'd rebel…

Hi there! Welcome back! Based on your age and amount you have to lose, 1200 calories doesn't sound like it is enough. You probably should be eating a lot more than that. Enter your info into the link and see what is right for you. If I knew your height and exact weight, I'd do it for you. It's super simple and takes ~30…

The only time you can "like" a status is on your home feed. Is that what you are referring to? It might be that your computer application isn't supported. HTH Edit reply: It looks like others are having the same issue - appears to be on their app, but going in through the website works. Not sure if it is a glitch or a…

I think it's personal preference for setting goals. For me, it's easier to break my weight loss in 10lbs pieces. Rewards are fun, but ultimately, the biggest regard is the feeling of losing weight/being healthier. The rewards should match in weight loss. For example, your first 10lb loss, a nice pair of yoga pants. Your…

@Queenmunchy Your name fits you well. Every time I read your posts here, they make me happy!

My calorie count: ~1400/day Breakfasts: Egg bake (eggs, bacon, cheese, and jalapeños - or whatever combo you like) ~250cals Grits (I'm from the South) + bacon + fruit = ~280cals Egg Muffin + cream cheese + turkey sausage links = ~280 cals Lunch: usually leftovers, but smaller portions: ~300-400 cals Tuna salad on…

I've heard of this, too, and that the avocado doesn't smell like an onion either.

I stopped pre-logging because something always happened and then I'd have to remove it from my diary. Having said that, I usually have a calorie range in mind on what I want because I plan out most meals for the week. HTH!

That sounds yummy! I tend to stay away from turkey sandwiches, but I think I'll be giving this a try!
