  • It should be fine..order what you usually get just only eat half. Ask for your to go bag as soon as you get the food, and put half away. This will be a whole nother meal for tomorrow!..still hungry eat a salad when u get home, or before.
  • I started noticing change after the second day! you really do lose about 1.5 lbs a week as long as you follow the calorie guidline strictly. and make sure you do the 30 minutes of excercise a day, this really helps!
  • I like to put in diced tomatoes and spice it up, like mexican rice!
