I thought burpees were more than squat thrusts b/c of the addition of (1) a push-up after getting in plank position, and (2) a little jump added to standing up from plank. Is this not so? This is how the extreeeeemly scary-fit Russian young ladies on YouTube do burpees.

I should be available in any health food stores, vitamin stores. You can buy it through Amazon, Drugstore.com, Puritan's Pride, any number of places. Senna is an herb. There are many different brands. It used to be marketed (in the US) as Dieter's Tea with Chinese-looking packaging.
