Yeah, thanks. Heavy weight squats would finish off my knees! Only exercise I can find that's supposed to work the butt but not hurt knees is straight leg dead lifts which I do with a kettlebell. I can feel it a little in the glutes.

YouTube has many, many workout videos. I like Fitness Blender. They have all different kinds of workouts of different durations. You can find JM's 30 day shred there. You could do a different workout every day off YouTube and never run out I'm sure.

Take corn tortillas, cut into 6ths and bake them at 400 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes. Yummy! They don't need anything else.

I do so much better when I log my food. By logging, I account for everything I put in my mouth. You may be different.
