The one thing I wouldn't do is give him extra stress. He's got a totally f'd up job to do. He can **** around with his weight when he comes back.

I drink a ton of ice cold water before I eat, then a ton after. It seems to speed up my metabolism or at least fill me up. Then I do a victory dance. This both celebrates my joy and burns calories. Plus/Plus.

I'll do it, it will turn me into a freaking skeleton, bit that's a good base point. After that I can eat anything I want again.

Please don't give up. This is a really tough thing. I just wanted to get rid of 15 pounds, a beer belly, but it's been tough and I have to stick to it. It will come about. I can't believe the progress I've made once I decided to just do it. So please hang in there and go thru this. Best of luck and karma to you.

I've lost 8 pounds in 6 weeks, .1.3 or something a week.. It was lovely. It was easier than I thought.

I've been doing this six or seven weeks, I just figured out how I could get my food pyramid into a 1000 cals. It works, you will lose a couple pounds a week.

I am a vegetarian who hates meat, chicken, fish, eggs. So I figured I could eat all the cheese I wanted, but this was wrong, and so I am now here trying to lose 10 pounds.
