Ummm, you might like to back that up with a creditable, peer reviewed, published article. Otherwise I call BS on your claims. For one thing you are completely disregarding the genetic component? As someone who works with cancer patients every day, I can say it is my experience that cancer effects people from all walks of…

I work, study and have kids so food cannot be the sole focus for me. Things that help- having staple meals that I know everyone likes slow cooker is wonderful if I know I will be working late pre preparing meals the night before taking a lunch box to work planning my food log the day before, so I know what I am going to…

I don't live in america. Here, there is no school lunches, kids bring their own lunch box from home, there are no vending machines in schools. In high schools, most have a school shop where kids can buy their lunches, these shops sell for the most part, healthy to average food- like homemade pizza, filled sandwiches etc.…

Sitting here LOL-ing (in a nice way  ) at all you Aussies complaining about the cold. Try jumping the ditch, I am in the south island of New Zealand and my house has been sitting under a blanket of snow all week, we have been getting daily highs of 3-4 degrees. In regards to food, I find hot soup or a hot cup of tea…

Yep we saw it. I live in the countryside and I actually looked out the window as I thought I had left the outside light on... Turns out it was just the super moon! Amazing how bright it was.

maybe do some work experience in the areas you have listed? see if any of them really appeal to you. Don't rush into training until you are sure. I did a degree straight out of school because it was expected of me, a BA. A couple of years later I ended up going back to school to do my nursing degree after having spent alot…

You must be a fellow kiwi deedel32, I read this on stuff too the other day. Very true isn't it? I grew up with a mum who didn't like her body much. It is not something I want to pass onto my daughters.

Difference for me is that I love chocolate but with dark chocolate, I feel a lot more satisfied with a lot less.

people don't believe I am in my mid 30s. I look a lot younger. The other day in a work meeting, someone who didn't know me, said within earshot "that young girl..." It is funny and I do take it as a complement but at times it can be really annoying, especially in my work.

no real advice because I have never been in your shoes. The only thing I would think is to address why your binging. Do certain things bring it on and if so, can you develop other stratigies to deal with those things? If you do some reading on cognitive behavioural therapy in eating disorders, you may find some tips for…

<<<<<--- I have 2 kids. Still a little bit of a tum under my belly button, but I was really lucky in that my skin snapped back quickly and I didn't get any stretch marks.
