I have been doing this since January 1 and have lost 36 pounds! It is great! I also keep my calories right at 1200. I know Jorge says not to worry about counting calories but I am tracking everything I eat on here!

Good luck to you! Here's my advice....Log everything you put in your mouth no matter how small the bite! Drink lots of water and pay attention to sugar grams! In January I could only shop in the big girl section. Last week I bought a pair of size 10 pants! You can do this!!

I hit a plateau for about 3 weeks. I realized that I was not eating all of my daily calories.As soon as I bumped my calories back up to 1200 I started to lose. I was only 50-75 calories short a day but it seems to have made a difference!
