I was doing great and fell right off. I joined his online group but didn't feel it offered too much more than the book and freebies. There were some good recipes I wish that I had copied before quitting! Good luck to you both!

I lost 50 pounds a few years ago using MFP and Jorge Cruise's Belly Fat Cure. I really believe it is the logging that keeps you losing! I have gained back a lot and I am ready to go again.

Normal.....that's just trouble! Find a new healthy lifestyle. I gave up sugar which I thought was crazy but is actually very doable for me. Find something you can live with for the rest of your life. You really need to eat 1200 calories! I found that anytime I tried to kick it up and lose by not eating 1200 calories I just stopped losing! Eat:)

I started the Belly Fat Cure last January and lost 50 pounds! I also credit logging everything here on MFP. I had tried lots of diets and exercise programs that did not work for me at all. This one works for me!

Eat cheese, nuts, avocados...healthy fats! You can do this! I started last January first and lost 50 pounds by August! Stay true and you can do it!:)

I think that MFP is helping you keep track of healthy eating habits! That's wonderful!!!!! Some of us (ME!!!!!!!!!) obsess about the number on the scale. It dictates so many feelings and emotions. I eat a pickle or olives instead! It works for me! Cutting them out is rough for a few weeks. When I really can't take it anymore I have sugar free chocolate.

It has worked for me but I have modified it! I stay right at 1200 calories, 100 carbs and 10 grams of sugar. I am really strict about those 3 things.

1 pound left and it is taking forever!!!! The last 5 have been so much harder to lose. I just keep reminding myself it is a lifestyle not a diet! I will get there and so will you!

I log every bite! It stinks but it works! There have been so many times I wished I would have logged it before I ate it! I would never have eaten it!

THe Belly Fat Cure is a book by Jorge Cruise. The premise is swapping bad carbs for good carbs. Basically you eat 120 grams of carbs and under 15 grams of sugar a day. It works! The first 3 weeks I lost 12 pounds. After that I have slowed down but I have lost 38 pounds since January 1!

I kept all of mine from 10 years ago! My daughters were appalled when I tried them on two weeks ago! They were actually too big! I gave them to Goodwill. One daughter asked why I hadn't given them away before. She really did not understand that I had to be able to fit back in them to get rid of them!

I just realized that I came home and snacked on nuts and didn't log them! Now I am over!

Sounds great! I did great on the plan so far today however I find the Fast Track very hard! I need just a few 0 sugar crackers!
