    What types of foods to you normally eat? Something I struggle with isn't so much "what can I eat" as it is "how much can I eat"?

    Eat cheese, nuts, avocados...healthy fats! You can do this! I started last January first and lost 50 pounds by August! Stay true and you can do it!:)
