I also use Pure Protein now. It's so cheap compared to muscle milk! The only reason I drink it is because I can't eat enough throughout the day to get enough protein, so I find the shakes very helpful

I'm not doubting you or anything, but the article said with 3 daily servings. Do people really drink that much a day? That alone is scary and those people should eat more real food! haha

I got the chocolate kind at I was only 180 calories a bottle. You can use it as a replacement or a snack. I used to drink it right after working out because I was always afraid of losing muscle instead of fat. I'm currently using Pure Protein Rich Chocolate powder though because it's cheaper and slightly lower in calories…

There are some decent choices at fast food chains. I used to work at McDonald's as a manager so sometimes I'd have 2 meals there a day and that was during the time when I lost like 15 to 20 pounds without even noticing to be honest. Gosh I wish that would happen again, however, I don't want the fast food haha

Oatmeal always keeps me super full, sometimes to the point that it actually upsets my tummy though :( But I think it just expands inside of you basically haha. Oatmeal is a great choice for optimal weight loss, from what I hear!

I've recently watched all of Derek but now I'm working through the final season of The Killing and House (which has always been a favorite). I literally spend all my free time watching Netflix. It's really depressing actually, haha.

I've never been the same weight for so long though! urghhh lol. But yeah, I'm one of those lucky girls that usually loses weight during my TOM even though I do tend to bloat a bit still. Maybe that'll fix it though, it's coming up soon here...

My measurements seem to have stayed the same unfortunately, however my visual appearance does appear leaner some days. I need to get a food scale, but this is why I round up from my measurements, everyone tells me that measuring cups aren't accurate. I might buy one this week as I'm trying to stock up on stuff for my dorm…

That's what I've been trying to focus on. I've been watching House a lot lately and I'm starting to worrying that this plateau may be due to a hidden medical reason :embarassed: hahah But I'm pretty sure that's just my crazy talking

Ahhh I see. Well, I was able to get my breathing in check after only a few times out luckily, it takes practice though. It's all about easing into it.

I usually don't eat back my calories but also, I overestimate my calories consumed soooo I'm not sure if there is some underlying reason for why I'm losing weight. I measure out everything I eat.

LOL I'm sorry, but I was going to say something like this but more in a mean way (cause I'm an awful person). I only like to run in public places where I know someone is going to look much worse than me. Other than that, just focus on your running. I know it's hard, but let it fuel you and keep you pumping your legs…

It's annoying to me cause I sweat much more during now, but I do find that most of the time I do have a higher libido now, but it was already pretty high to begin with hahaha. I'm sure more drive will come with time for you

I went from 9.5 to 8.5-8 women's US. I also went for 5'5" down to 5'3" in height. I must have stored some fat in the padding of my feet O.o
