Lol, I dont have any answers for you but I'm glad you posted the topic. I've been thinking about starting with some weights as it seems to be a good way to stay lean. I am pretty new to fitness, been pretty slack over the last 10 years. I currently do yoga 2-3 times a week and swim twice a week. I also walk my dogs every…

Wow that's a really interesting definition. Wine. Nightly. One of the perks of living in NZ is good affordable wine. :) A good brew of tea (can't stand green tea). So earl grey, lapsang souchong and Kenya Bold (NZ). Water (tap water and occasionally sparkling). On my fast days (doing the 5:2 diet) I drink vegetable Oxo cubes in hot water.

Sounds like you work at a great clinic Laura! I worked as a vet nurse for 15 years and was always busy on my feet, never fat! Then I took a job teaching vet nursing, mainly online learning so spend most of my life at a desk. Have gradually accrued weight over the last 6 years and completely identify with what others are…

Havent seen the rhubarb and cherry version- they sound amazing! I have Sujon berries with a tin of Aunt bettys low fat rice pudding - it's a lovely treat and only 100 calories per tin (comes in a one portion size two so you're not tempted to go back for seconds!) Great topic! Getting heaps of ideas here people!
