  • Good question. I've always heard that the best thing to do is circuit training where you do a couple of minutes of cardio and then a couple of minutes of strength training over and over.
  • I like to alternate strength training with running on the treadmill. I also alternated muscle group. So I'll do one minute of bench press (arms), run for one minutes, then one minute of plyometric lunges (legs), run for one minute, then one minutes of crunches (abs), then run for another minute. Then I start all over again…
  • I bought a pair of jeans a size too small on Black Friday. My weight has been stuck for over two months, but those jeans now fit me. The scale and I have personal issues.
