Deciding you need to do something is a huge first step, now just keep a track on what you are doing and remember why you are doing it and where you want to be at the end and I am sure you will achieve it.

Being in the UK makes it easier as kick-off is not till about 1am Monday, but planning on spending most of the game stood up, hopping from foot to foot and gesticulating wildly at the screen :-) Should burn enough calories to help.

I have a fitbit Ultra and a Polar RCX5 with GPS. The fitbit is great for keeping track of your general activity and it also can monitor your sleep, something I find useful as sleep is not an easy one for me and improving it is a large part of my wanting to loose weight.
