I personally use a variety of different videos - Jillian Michaels Shred and Ripped, and Charlene Johnson/Beachbody Turbo Jam's are currently my faves. I also have an exercise ball - and they come with a dvd of 100's of exercises - also really good. Good Luck

I feel like nobody has totally answered your question. The answer is yes you can lose weight without becoming cut or having standout defined muscles. There are people who believe in big foot and mermaids too, but there is no scientific proof! Water has zero calories. Your body is 85% water and needs water to cleanse your system as well as keep you hydrated. A dehydrated body is a sick body. Drink 8 ounces or water 8 times a day. Your body needs it and it has NO CALORIES!

Went cold turkey - head hurt for 2 - 3 days and then I was fine. I have been off caffeine for nearly 12 years now, and when I drink it now I get a headache. it is a drug - just get it out of your body. But extra WATER is a key to keeping you feeling better. Good Luck!
