I like it too, but it is a step above relaxation or stress relief yoga. Prevention magazine has a good yoga for beginners, but JM does a great job and is totally into the calorie burn. Good Lucj

Keeping Kosher for passover should not be a problem. Basically we are cutting out the grains and legumes. So, do it. If you regularly have 100 calories of bread, thats 1 matzo board. What I have heard and what I practice is that when I don't feel well I do a modified workout. Instead of doing turbo jam or last chance workout, I walk with Leslie or walk on the treadmill at a lower level. I try to do a little longer, but at a whole lower level.

I agree with the others. Up your calories a little, lower your weights and add more reps and change your routine a little. At two weeks in, your body is not plateauing yet, but as you build muscle and get rid of the fat you will see some small ups. Have faith. This is no sprint we are on, its a marathon!

Go longer than you want to start. Easy to get more taken off - really hard to have it put back on. For the 20 dollars or so to get it cut, live with it for a week or two then go shorter if you still want

Are you getting enough calories in so you can continue to burn? If you aren't your body is saying Whoa, gotta hang on to what I have. Eating good stuff, increase your calories about 300-400 more than you are getting right now. Do it for a week. Keep up on the exercise and see what happens. This is advice from my dietician…
