It depends by person and what your goals are... for example, my goal is 45-30-25 (C-P-F). I am trying to lose weight while maintaining/building muscle mass. Ideally I am trying to get to more like 50-30-20.

I had a similar question which prompted me to do a little research. Simply put, there are good sugars and bad sugars. If the sugars come from nature they are good, if not, they are bad.
