Oh, I LOVE combat! Such a good cardio workout and half the time I am in la-la-land with the moves. A good instructor will make you feel like a million bucks even when you are totally off track. It does get easier each time!

You SHOULD brag about that!! Congrats, that's amazing!

I also like how your style is cuter the smaller you get. Perhaps increased confidence?? Very inspiring!! ♥

this post feels like a humblebrag. :/

NSV this week is needing a belt, not as an accessory but necessary to hold up my pants.

140s by my son's birthday at the end of April. Currently at 152.5

I second Under Armor. They are the only ones that stay put on me when I do bodycombat.

That's an insane difference for only 10 pounds. Congratulations; the perfect example of not relying on the scale.

You look phenomenal! An amazing difference at just the first 20 pounds!

<--- Petty Betty. My mom buys her, me and my sister shirts we all 3 like every few months. Usually an XL for me and medium for the 2 of them. At Christmas (much to her shock) it was medium for all 3 of us. Can't wait until it's 2 mediums for them and a small for meeeeeeeeeee

A girl I super admire for her strength at the gym complimented me on my weight loss. I might have fan-girled a little. :D

after 20lbs I bought the new Garmin watch I wanted. Now it will be clothes since I will actually not be embarrassed about the size and I will need them anyway

I do. I am lazy with food at lunch and don't want to prepare something just for myself so I grab a Lean Cuisine. I know how many calories are in it and it helps me plan for dinner by putting it in first thing in the morning.

You are beautiful! It's always amazing to see how much more genuine a person's smile is when you can tell they are happier with themselves. ♥

TMI but I can see my c-section scar without lifting my stomach. :D

You have to take the first step before you can make progress. One thing I have learned - you are someone else's goal already. Wherever you are at your stage there is someone else who wishes they were as far as you, even if it means just having made the commitment to try. It's cliche but remember it's one day at a time. And…

this one is amazing! We make it all the time!!

I belong to the Y and love Les Mills classes. There are tons on their website that don't require equipment and it's reasonable at $13 per month. :)

I have found that the FB is drastically off for measuring HR. Sometimes it is crazy high when I am resting and other times it shows a resting HR when the HRM is showing high. I am listed as Slightly Active in MFP because I would rather start low and earn calories rather than start high and realize I didn't do enough…

Agreed. I do estimate that on the low end based on weight/time but it does do well with Combat and running.

I take both Bodypump and Bodycombat and I love them. I love them because of the instructors and the other people in the class. It is always encouraging when the instructor knows your name and calls you out (in a good way!) in class because it makes me feel both proud and accountable and makes me dig a little deeper.
