As a side note, the person demanding 'how could APPLES be sweeter' should probably look into mass fruit production. Fruit is measured in degrees Brix, a sweetness indicator. Theyre grown to be a certain sweetness, grafting clone branches onto trunks. Oh and apples are kept in storage for up to 11 months. Nice thought, huh.

good, we agree. The two SOURCES of calories are vastly different, therefore the calories themselves are used in different ways in the body. Is it so much of a stretch for someone to then say that these two lots of calories are different?

It is totally a mental thing, you guys are right. I just completed w3d3 and looking at w4 scared the crap out of me. In the 'cooldown' time i decided to go all out and run a bit extra. I ran flat out (10.5k/h) for over a minute!

oh, is greek yoghurt a fad now?? I really like having some with chopped up fruit & a drizzle of honey for breakfast <3 And I've always used it in cooking (raita, tzatziki, curries etc) normal yoghurt makes me gag though.

because this ^^ comment makes it sound like a huge deal, I suppose. Its pointless anyway. If you looked up symptoms for depo (or any hormonal contraceptive) you'd get a list as long as your arm full of contradictory symptoms. Everyone reacts completely differently to it.

er.. water retention makes you feel bloated and awful. its just one of many delightful aspects of getting ones period. Nice to see you don't think theres anything wrong with it, but I think a lot of ladies would disagree.

I think there's more than a pinch of sugar in the grocery store versions. is this the solution to my flat as a pancake butt?? tbh i'm really glad I cut out sodas, both diet & normal.
