not vegan, not epileptic (thank goodness, seeing friends and my dad have seizures and it's scary as heck) but does South Central Illinois count for close enough to STL for ya??

ugh.... part of the reason that I'm proud of McDonalds for putting the calorie content on the menu boards, even though I rarely get food from there, it's at least good to know that one place is nice enough to have it listed with ease

I can barely last a minute on an elliptical without my legs burning so much that I can't do it anymore, but I can easily do 15-20 minutes on a cycling machine, not sure what gives there... treadmill I'll use for my cooldown cardio after a weight run but I don't like the treadmill that much either...
