I personally think it depends on the particular gym. if it has the equipment you need then you'll be great! The one I go to is okay, but the good news is there's another one literally not more than 10 minutes down the road that I might try

I actually said that to the trainer last night, Then he comes back with well what could you afford.. Honestly I can't afford the training packages PERIOD, I mean your paying over $1 a minute for the trainers... just 1 session costs the same amount as 3 MONTHS in membership dues! Youtube has some REALLY intense gym free (and equipment free) workouts that really kick your *kitten*.
