and problem solved.... I'll just bring my own bottle that's empty :) thank you TSA for not eliminating that option, hard to believe that they could do something sane for consumers.... but they did!

Thanks a LOT for the suggestions, I could pack nuts in my carry on briefcase with me for stuff to munch on during my layover for sure.. one thing I hate is that airports charge an arm and a leg for water..

Yep... and WAY over at that... Started at 440, now at 405 and heading south... my mini goal is to be under 400 when I leave for Spring Break...a little pushy considering i leave in 9 days... but we'll see how it goes

yes you must try a horseshoe at least once, it's a sandwich open faced wih meat, COVERED in french fries and cheese., anywhere in the capital city you'll find em, or someone who knows where good ones can be found, but NOT the most healthiest food around, but you gotta try it once

Just starting, with around 150 lbs to lose, lesson I've learned so far at least for me is to be extra careful on the sodium.. that sodium causes a good bit of water weight to build up that can slow down the weight loss, best ways to tackle that.. I tried the Total Lean 25, as it has 25 grams of protein per shake, it's not too bad in cookies and cream flavor, usually add water to it but today I decided to try it with organic milk for the calorie addon and it tastes really good, I recommend it, but I'll try some of the different whey protein mixes too
