Ha! I'm 5'4"..... So I completely understand what you mean. :P It's difficult being short.... although, I've also heard that guys like short girls XD

I don't think their numbers are meant to be definite. They are only estimates, and everyone's metabolism, etc are slightly different. I would not be too disconcerted if you do not meet their "expected" weight.

I completely agree! It becomes difficult sometimes because we get frustrated with ourselves and only see the "mistakes". Well said!!

I am walking 4 miles per day with an added 50 lb backpack. Will also be doing training 3X per week with a Medicine Ball. I will also try to eat healthier and eat less junk…
