Hello everyone! A friend of mine introduced me to this site.....I love it. It is making me be accountable for everything that I eat or drink, that's what I needed. Who would have thought that coffee every morning had so many calories, not me, that's for sure and would sometimes have two a day. I started on here 2 weeks ago…
