Done with day 3. A teensy bit easier but I still wanted to scream. Hopefully by day 5 , my body will have gotten used to the torture and cooperate better. I am THE WORST at crunches, and that dates back to my PhysEd days loooong ago. :sad:

Done! I walked 3 miles beforehand so I think that loosened me up a bit. It wasn't as bad as yesterday but it was still a kick in the butt!!! Great job everyone!!

I don't recommend one of the "crazy diets". Sure they work for a few days but then you're back to square one feeling super frustrated. Track your calories and exercise, that's what really works. And the scale is a tricky thing, you may not lose anything for a week and then suddenly you're 5lbs lighter. Don't give up!…

So glad I'm not the only one that was huffing & puffing through it! I took my before pics & took my measurements, now I will TRY to hold off on measuring again till at least day 5 or 7. (Or 3, LOL!) Adding your own music is a great idea. I am pretty sure that by day 4 Jillian is going to get annoying. I found her motivational today but it was my first day. Ha ha! Good luck on continuing 30DS! :)

Exactly! I agree completely. I think back to all the crap I was having before I started MFP and I cringe at the ginormous amounts of calories I just downed without a thought or care. Now I think twice!!

I think you should add fruits and vegetables to your diet and eat more often. Stay away from "heavy" foods. That's what has been working for me.

I find that it's way easier to track calories here than points on WW. I started on WW (the free, generic version) & it was a pain in my butt cause I ate tons of fruit & veggies, didn't use up my points & felt like I had to eat when I wasn't' hungry.
