Level 2
I am liking it way better than level 1 & it's making me sweat my butt off way more too. I think I am going to try to do all of Level 2 mixed in with some level 1 that I feel I could improve on. Calorie Advice Needed, please!
I'm 5'3" & 150lbs TRYING to lose 20lbs, but in no particular time frame. I've been at this for a month & have lost 10lbs. After doing the 30DS 2 or 3 times, I was ready to mute Jillian and listen to music while I did the DVD....turns out I can't concentrate as well on doing everything the way I'm supposed to and so back to Jillian's obnoxious YET motivating voice. Whatever works! :bigsmile:
