I'm 5'2" and have been overweight all my life. I'm thinking 160 will be a good healthy weight for me. I don't think I've been down there since 8th or 9th grade :-)

I've been doing the MFP since January and no, I don't allow myself a "cheat day". I feel like I'm trying to make this a lifestyle change and not just a diet. Very inspirational, thanks for sharing your story. I agree with you, sometimes you have to talk to yourself and tell your body whats what!! Here are some of my daily pep talks: "Yes, you CAN do this!" "You've had enough to eat. You don't need anymore." You ARE NOT skipping workout today!" LOL
