Do some research online about what Zumba can burn for someone your specific size. Then you can create your own exercise for it. That's what I did! :wink:

You are NOT the first person to say this about carbs! I have been doing a low carb diet for a few weeks and I absolutely love it! I actually feel like I have more energy and my weight-loss has been more substantial! Unless something changes, low-carb is the way for me!

Exactly! Low-Fat product soften add sugar, chemicals, etc. Healthy, whole foods are the way to go!

Thanks for posting this. I'm so tired of hearing about quick fixes. It also infuriates me when Doctors promote these fads. I hate to be so negative, but I guess the kickbacks are more important than the health of those who trust these Doctors.

Saw it and (insert cliche) it changed my life! I've struggled for years with the stupidity that is the strict low-fat diet. Honestly, I started very recently but I feel completely different! I haven't gotten a chance to read 'Good Calories Bad Calories". But it is on my "to do" list!

Just b/c you know someone who had an issue with a low-carb diet, doesn't mean that's true for everyone. The same goes for the bad breath. Also, where did you get your info on it increasing your risk for heart disease. Just curious?
