  • When I kept saying to myself "I'm still young, I have plenty of time to lose weight" and then I woke up and I was 40. I didn't realize that all along if I would have just ate smaller portions, drank lots of water and walked a bunch that it would work, but it has and I feel great.
  • How about an exercise bike. I have been using one riding between 30-40 minutes when I do, going about 17-18 mph. I work up a good sweat and it doesn't put a lot of stress on my knees. I alternate that with walking and going to curves.

  • I read your post and it was exactly what I have been thinking, was it really that easy. Why didn't I do this sooner. Oh well, it comes with age. Anyway I feel better and am losing weight. Good luck to everyone.
  • Be more active. I was a couch tater. I'm now beginning to pass this on to my son so hopefully he won't learn this when he is 40. Anyway walking and biking aren't as hard as I thought they would be, I started out slow and working harder. Most important thing I feel so much better. Good luck to everyone out there. God…
