I logged my weigh in as maintenance of 193 since I was on vacation all week. I'm so glad to be home and back to keeping track of my food!

I wouldn't believe that your heart rate went up that high unless you counted it manually. Sometimes HRMs are weird. As long as you aren't feeling faint or short of breath (not exercise induced, but difficulty breathing) I bet you're fine and it's just your HRM messing up.

I don't think of it as cheating, but I let myself eat out probably one meal a week. I just factor in the calories for it and make up for it with healthy eating the other 99% of the time and a hard work out. I totally agree. The scale does not define us!! Personally, I like to weigh in every day NO MATTER WHAT. Take this morning for instance: I went over my sodium by at least 1500 mg yesterday (AWFUL!).
