I do my actual regular running outside- at the gym on the treadmill I run in reverse "backwards" then I skip and do side lunge movements it may look silly but keeps me from feeling like a rat in a wheel going in only one direction

almost 40 and my goal is to be in the best shape of my life by my 40th in a year from now..one day at a time meal prepping and staying active is what I plan to do to get there - feel free to add me

I have same problem my best advice is to increase cardio while still doing light weights and abdominal exercised and watch salt intake its usually the last to go especially if you have had children

theres a difference in appearing healthy and feeling healthy..if you dont feel good then you are not fine..your figure is beautiful but if your not treating the inside then the outside does not matter...keep doing what makes you "feel" fine and healthy and good and dont listen to anyone else = )

blend them in a smoothie with protein powder or juice them- stirfry with low sodium soy sauce and lean meat is amazing too

Some people can eat "bad" food in moderation but for those of us with carb and sugar addictions its not so easy. I understand her point completely and have found ways to make the healthier options of things I love and have the real thing maybe once a month and its an all out dinner night out with my kids. peanut butter on whole grain toast with hard boiled eggs , cold buckwheat with greekyogurt blueberries on top and some Stevia , egg omelettes with lots of veggies hold the cheese

I started around 240 and im 5'5 I think the calories are too low but I would say increase in proteins and veggies not carbs to maybe 1400-1500 *I am not a dietitian* just my experience in my weight loss process and that kept me from feeling super hungry

I am consistently inconsistent on here but it helped me lose a lot in the beginning so I always find my way back..Ihave my last 25-30 to lose and its been very very hard but I will stay the course I have always had a struggle with food. I love it and truth is you have to get a little obsessed about fitness for it to work…

I understand your current situation all too well..I was over 240 pre-diabetic, gastritis and was unable to walk without getting out of breath. My daughter then got diagnosed with Cancer so I was at my very end I shed many tears as well. I commend you for taking this step and for putting yourself out here it is not easy…
